When you enquire with us we collect your name, mobile number, the loan type you are interested in and any message you leave. If you proceed with an application, we collect the identity, address, income and bank documents required by the lender, including PAN and Aadhaar details.

How we use it

• To contact you about your enquiry and to assess eligibility.
• To prepare and submit your application to banks and NBFCs you agree to apply with.
• To prepare the disbursal statement you sign electronically and to record payments made to you.
• To meet legal, regulatory and audit obligations.

How we protect it

Identity numbers are stored encrypted and shown masked to our staff. Every access to your records is logged. Documents are kept in private storage and shared only with the lender processing your application. Your mobile number is never sold or used for third-party marketing.
